Walter Christmas is an instructor in the Wind Energy Technology program at Ecotech Institute. He enjoys bringing combining his two favorite careers—wind power and teaching— to help shape the future of this great industry. Walter holds a bachelor's degree in environmental studies from University of California Santa Cruz and a master's in education from Concordia University of Portland, Oregon. He also earned a technical degree from Northwest Renewable Energy Institute to kick off his career in wind energy following several years working in public education in Vancouver, Washington.
